The hotel is set in a central location close to castles around Urgench and old Khiva. the rooms are perfect with large bathrooms and have a traditional interior. the cost is $50.

Perfect location minutes away from attractions we wanted to visit - historic sites and a fortress. The hotel was minutes away from the heart of Khiva.

Even though everything was perfect, some of the staff were very impolite.

The weather was wonderful, had warm stay during the visit. The room was quiet, and the bed was big. The location turned out to be marvellous and stunning, very close to Khiva even during the winter and all sights, museums, restaurants and shops. The staff was very nice and we would like to stay there on the next trip

Conveniently located for exploring nearby castles in Urgench. the rooms here have great air conditioning and cozy beds 🛏️. Honestly, I couldn't find anything to complain about during my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at a boutique hotel in a great location. The owner personally ensured I had a driver waiting for me when my flight changed. The room was spacious and clean, with fast and reliable Wi-Fi. The rooftop terrace offered a stunning panoramic view of the city. Breakfast was typical for Uzbekistan, though I would have preferred more freshness. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel.

Bathroom could have been cleaner.

As foreign tourists, we loved the traditional breakfast served on low tables with cushions. the location was perfect, right across from the Ark of Khiva. the staff, especially Kamil, were incredibly kind and helpful, even arranging transportation for us. the room decor was amazing, making us feel like we were in a movie. the guest house had a terrace with a beautiful sunset view.

I had a wonderful stay at Zukhro Boutique in the heart of the Old City. The staff was excellent, attentive, and polite, meeting my every need. My room, number 7, was spacious with ample natural light and stunning views of the minarets. The decor had a rustic charm, and the location was ideal, close to a great restaurant. The family staff was incredibly friendly and kind, always ready to help. The rooftop views were a highlight and the hotel provided fast and reliable Wi-Fi.
